Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Coordinator & Telecaller. The Sales Coordinator & Telecaller will be responsible for supporting sales activities, coordinating with customers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Daily tasks include answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, following up on sales leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. Qualifications Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities Experience in Sales and related activities Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
