Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in preparing and sending quotations and proforma invoices.
● Support the team in order processing and maintaining accurate sales documentation
. ● Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
● Follow up with clients for pending payments and outstanding dues. ● Help the sales team in closing deals and supporting negotiations.
● Maintain and update sales records and databases.
● Handle email and phone communication with clients and customers professionally.
● Provide assistance to the sales team for both pre- and post-sales activities. Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Freshers with an interest in sales coordination or administrative roles are welcome.
● Good communication skills and an ability to interact professionally with clients.
● Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Organized, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
● Ability to work in a team environment and support sales activities effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
