Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

   :

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks like processing orders, preparing sales reports, and updating sales records in CRM systems.
• Maintain and manage the sales calendar, ensuring timely follow-ups, meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

1. Order Management

   :

• Oversee the processing of orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams, and address customer inquiries about product availability.

1. Customer Relationship Management

   :

• Act as a point of contact for customers, responding to queries related to products, services, pricing, and order status.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on sales transactions and addressing any issues that arise.

1. Sales Reporting

   :

• Track sales targets, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and performance metrics for the sales team.
• Generate regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
