Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records within the ERP system.Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.Monitor and follow up on sales leads, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
