Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. 2. At least 1 years of experience in IT, preferably in a similar role. Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
