Sales Coordinator

Location: Wadala East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Tele calling / Sales/ Customer Service

Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting the sales manager This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, well organized, and passionate about customer engagement and conversion You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80 100 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers.
• Present company products and services in a conversational, non-scripted manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow ups.
• Log and track customer interactions, feedback, and follow up activities in Excel sheets.
• Prepare and send professional quotations, proposals, and emails to clients.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between interested customers and the sales manager.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries and support requests.

Qualifications Skills

• Graduate in any stream.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must reside within 1 hour of Wadala East, Mumbai.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Confident and clear telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in MS Excel email drafting, and basic computer operations.
• Organized self-driven, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Positive attitude with a focus on follow through and results.
• Stable career history (no frequent job hopping.
