Sales Coordinator

Position: Field Sales Staff
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (or relevant territory)

Role Overview:

The Field Sales Staff will be responsible for promoting and selling cement products directly to dealers, contractors, retailers, and distributors in the assigned territory. The role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and representing the company in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential dealers, contractors, and retailers to expand the customer base and increase sales.
• Conduct product presentations and educate clients on product benefits, features, and applications in the construction industry.
• Promote the company’s cement products through effective sales strategies and promotional activities on the ground.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the designated area.
• Collect customer feedback, resolve issues or complaints, and provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Regularly report sales progress, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales manager or regional head.
• Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams to ensure prompt delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings as required to build brand awareness and market presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant sales experience can be considered.
• Proven experience of 1-5 years in field sales, preferably in cement, building materials, or related industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned sales territory for client visits and market coverage.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles and customer relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
