Position: Fixed Term Trainee – Sales Coordinator
Division: SGX – Micro Division
Location: Goregaon West
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and client databases
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales orders
• Assist in responding to client inquiries and follow-ups
• Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team
• Handle documentation related to sales activities, proposals, and quotations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales coordination or support
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
