We came across your cv in Naukri and currently we have an opening for our company based in Chennai for the below mentioned position.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing information about electrical protection/Electrical Automation proposal to customers.
Quotations and Proposals: Prepare basic quotes & proposals for electrical protection/Electrical Automation systems, with the help of the sales team.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical protection products (e.g., circuit breakers, relays, etc) and electrical substation industry standards to advise customers effectively.
Tracking : Keep track of customer enquiries, timelines and communicate any updates to the sales team on weekly basis.
Problem Solving: Help solve any customer issues related to their orders, with support from the engineering/Technical team.
Documentation: Ensure customer requests and project details are correctly recorded in the system.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Any graduate with previous 1-2 years experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a technical support role, preferably in electrical /Automation system or related fields.
Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical protection products (e.g., circuit breakers, relays,) or a willingness to learn.
Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service..
