Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customer, internal teams and prepare quotation, send to customer and maintain record of the same.
• Take follow up regarding submitted quotation, give us best possible discount an asked to customer for purchase order.
• Raise purchase order to our vendor and take follow up for dispatch, share dispatch details to customer.
• Send daily / weekly / monthly sales summery to concern person.
• Follow with the dealer and distributor.
• Send Product Specifications to the client.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 year experience in Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Similar industry experience will be preferable
• Good Communication skills, both verbal and written
