Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator in the Sales Department, your role is to support the Sales and Customer Service functions in a B2B manufacturing environment through efficient order processing, coordination, and effective customer communication. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end order processing, including system entry, dispatch coordination, and invoice generation. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and provide order status updates. - Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. - Support the sales team by following up on orders and communicating with customers. - Handle service requests and complaints by coordinating across departments. - Generate internal reports and maintain proper documentation for both domestic and export orders. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience & Industry: 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably in yarns, plastics, textiles, or related manufacturing industries. - Skills: Strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with Tally ERP and other business tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently, manage timelines effectively, and maintain accuracy in documentation.,
