Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales Assistant Manager / Sales Manager at our company located in Verna - Goa, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales team, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies in alignment with business objectives. - Support the sales team in meeting monthly and annual targets. - Keep abreast of product updates, market trends, and competitor activities. - Conduct negotiations with key clients and establish long-lasting relationships. - Monitor sales metrics and generate timely reports for senior management. - Enhance team performance through coaching, training, and regular reviews. - Collaborate with internal departments such as production and accounts to address customer needs. - Manage sales budgets and ensure compliance with ISO standards. - Drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards within the sales function. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA or Sales certification is advantageous). - 5 to 7 years of experience in sales roles. - Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in market analysis, budget management, and customer relationship management. - Familiarity with ISO standards and quality processes is preferred. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.,
