Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at NMTG, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and prospects through tele-calling, maintaining customer databases, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your communication skills, coordination abilities, and attention to detail will be key in supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data mining to gather customer details within the industry - Maintain and update the master database of old and new customers, prospects, and leads - Engage in tele-calling to generate leads and receive enquiry calls - Provide the sales team with lead data and gather feedback on sales closure - Implement feedback and follow-up mechanisms to ensure successful sales closure - Coordinate and confirm orders with the sales team - Prepare Performa invoices and ensure stock confirmation before invoicing - Generate final invoices, send them for dispatch, and follow up on dispatch status - Maintain and file invoice copies - Prepare daily Management Information System (MIS) reports Qualifications Required: - Any graduate with 1-2 years of experience - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - Proficiency in Excel and other required software applications - Strong coordination and execution skills - Ability to think reasonably and logically - Experience in coordinating with different departments is desirable About NMTG: NMTG is a leading manufacturer in specialized markets for Mechanical Power Transmission Products.
