Job Summary:

Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers, including preparing quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
• Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline entries, and track progress of opportunities and leads.
• Coordinate with internal departments (pre-sales, finance, delivery) to gather information and support proposal creation.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for the sales team.
• Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Support order processing, invoicing coordination, and documentation for sales closure.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital filing of customer interactions and sales documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales support or back office role (preferably in IT or B2B environment).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IT solutions, products, and services is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple sales/account managers.
• Basic knowledge of sales metrics and reporting.
