Sales Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying. Your role will involve preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process, promoting brand awareness internally and externally, gathering materials for information packages, and using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. Additionally, you will be entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information in software related to the sales process and serving as the point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing - Prepare sales-related documents and promote brand awareness - Gather materials and assemble information packages - Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty - Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software - Answer guest questions about property facilities/services - Serve as the point of contact for clients and respond to their questions and requests Qualifications Required: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience - Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience - License or Certification: None Additional Information: At Courtyard, the company is passionate about better serving the needs of travelers worldwide.
