Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will be involved in managing sales documentation, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports. Your role is crucial in maintaining effective communication between the sales team and other departments. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks. - Maintain and update customer records and sales databases. - Compile and distribute sales reports and performance metrics. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights to the sales team. - Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. - Liaise between the sales team and other departments like marketing, logistics, and finance. - Ensure timely and accurate communication of sales-related information. - Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events. - Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies. - Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and files. - Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures. - Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members. - Provide ongoing support and resources to the sales team. - Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to support sales efforts. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a similar role. - Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools. - Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.,
