We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with an architectural or engineering background to provide crucial support to our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring smooth and efficient operations, leveraging your strong understanding of technical products and solutions to aid in sales coordination, customer order management, and offering insights into product applications and specifications. This role is pivotal in enabling our sales team to effectively cater to clients, which include architects, engineers, and contractors. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be expected to assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, offering administrative support particularly in relation to technical products and solutions. Your role will also include coordinating communication between sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure that technical details align with client requirements. Maintaining accurate and detailed customer databases, generating sales reports, and analyzing performance data will be essential tasks in this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing appointments, meetings, and sales presentations that focus on product and technical applications, as well as handling customer inquiries pertaining to product specifications, technical features, and solutions. Following up on open sales orders to ensure timely closure and assisting in organizing promotional campaigns and events targeted towards the technical market will also be part of your responsibilities.
