Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Dispatch Coordinator to oversee and manage the dispatch process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the production team, ensure timely delivery of goods, and follow up on payments. Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Dispatch Coordination: (Hindi Speaking Skills is must)

• Plan and schedule dispatches based on production timelines.
• Arrange transportation and ensure goods are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• 2. Payment Follow-Up:
• Regularly follow up with clients for timely payments.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to track outstanding payments.

• Communicate with the production team to align dispatch schedules with production deadlines.
• Address and resolve any issues related to dispatch delays or production bottlenecks.
• Handle client queries related to dispatch and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate and present daily/weekly dispatch and payment reports to the management.Key Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispatch coordination or a related role.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and dispatch management software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
