Job Description

1. Managing entire sales team by schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

2. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

3. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

4. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

5. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

6. Ensure adherence to laws and policies

7. Create billings for order as per standard discount rate

8. Ensure Sales receipts and billings should be sealed with signature

9. A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

10. You must be able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

11. You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

12. Meets monthly sales and collections goals as provided by management

13. Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers

14. Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism

15. Makes set sales target and share to marketing executive to achieve monthly basis.

17. Handling marketing tools

18. To ensure customer accounts should not convert to bad accounts

19. To ensure executives are reaching with all the customers

20. Ensure our product and services should be more than customer expectation (MCE)

Job specification

1. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

2. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive

3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

4. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

5. Proven ability to position products against competitors

6. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

7. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

9. Any degree

10. Female candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
