Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your primary role will be to support the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the sales team by arranging appointments, providing high-quality support material, and maintaining active sales files both digitally and in hard copy. - Sending emails for order inquiries, mailing price quotations, and following up on order statuses. - Coordinating with transportation staff to ensure timely product delivery to customers. - Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. - Managing orders by phone, email, or mail, checking for correct prices, discounts, and product numbers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. - Organizing resources for high-quality sales presentations and maintaining inventory of sales presentation materials. - Acting as the primary customer service contact for clients with questions about accounts or products. - Inputting orders, ensuring processing according to customer requirements, accuracy, and on-time delivery. - Collaborating with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries efficiently. - Resolving customer queries, addressing grievances, and maintaining filing systems for sales records and reports. - Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
