Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: National Sales Head/Director/COO
Location: Bikaner Building (Lalbazar)

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the sales team in day-to-day operations, coordination, and administrative activities. The role ensures smooth communication between internal departments, clients, and sales personnel to help achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate and follow up with the sales team on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Track orders, deliveries, and payment status with clients and internal departments.
  • Support field sales teams by ensuring timely communication and information flow.

2. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance summaries, and MIS data for management review.
  • Monitor sales targets, achievements, and outstanding accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with the marketing, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Schedule sales meetings, conferences, and review sessions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Adv Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
