Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of quality assurance in our adhesive and sealant production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of adhesives/sealants, handson experience in QC testing, and proven leadership skills to manage a lab and inspection team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement QC procedures, inspection plans, and testing methods for adhesives & sealants. Approve raw materials, conduct inprocess checks, and release finished products as per specifications. Supervise laboratory testing (viscosity, adhesion strength, curing time, hardness, weather resistance, etc.). Maintain compliance with ISO and relevant chemical industry standards. Investigate and resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis and CAPA. Coordinate with production, R&D, and procurement to ensure consistent product quality. Manage calibration of lab instruments and maintain quality documentation. Lead, train, and motivate the QC team. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, adhesives, and sealant properties. Knowledge of ISO, ASTM, and relevant quality standards. Handson experience with lab equipment (rheometer, viscometer, UTM, curing ovens, etc.). Analytical thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
