You will be joining our team as a Presales Coordinator based in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad on a full-time basis. Your role will involve reporting to the Presales Manager and utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Excel to support the sales and finance teams by creating accurate quotations and automating tasks. As a detail-oriented Excel Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations with precision, leveraging advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH for data retrieval and validation. Your role will also entail developing and troubleshooting Excel macros to streamline tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with sales, procurement, and finance departments is crucial to gather necessary data for timely quotation delivery. You will be expected to maintain data integrity, generate reports, and uphold compliance with company policies related to data confidentiality. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as an Excel Operator, expertise in Microsoft Excel functions, and a knack for commercial quotations. Basic knowledge of business operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines are essential.
