Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in promoting and driving the success of the Etiicos Smart Nurse Call System. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments, ensuring smooth execution of sales operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and service excellence.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, agreements, and process orders efficiently.
• Generate, analyze, and maintain sales reports to track performance and targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics, and service teams) to ensure timely delivery and support.
• Provide training and guidance to sales team members as required.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting sales campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination or support, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
