JD/RESPONSIBILITIES For Sales Coordinator.. 1. A Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing  schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation. 2. A Sates Coordinator also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the  progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly. 3. Coordinate support to sales executive in creating sales strategies. 4. To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, email,  Sales executive preparing & sending quotations as required 5. A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for  clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. 6. You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and  friendly manner. 7. The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide  the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints. 8. The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the  department and outline any developed strategies to improve. 9. A Sales Coordinator may be responsible for overseeing any supercharges and evaluating  any alterations to both external and internal staff. 10. Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach 11. Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests  12. Develop methodologies and logistics to market and sell products or services. 13. Coordinate and assist customers in meeting their merchandise requirements. 14. Support sales and marketing teams in achieving hundred percent outcomes. 15. Coordinate sales efforts in reaching or exceeding sales targets and goals. 16. Coordinate marketing efforts to maximize business opportunities. 17. Develop future sales projections and coordinate efforts to achieve outcomes. 18. Assist and support sales personnel in expanding customer base. 19. Coordinate administrative sales staff in maintaining customer databases. Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures.
