Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate sales activities, and assist with data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements

- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other materials

2. Sales Coordination:

- Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and closure

- Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Assist with data analysis and reporting, including sales metrics, customer behaviour, and market trends

- Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support sales decision-making

4. Excel and Data Management:

- Manage and maintain sales data in Excel, including data entry, formatting, and analysis

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support sales performance

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, both internally and externally

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and operations

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. 4+ years of experience in sales coordination related role

3. Excellent English communication and writing skills

4. Proficient in Excel, including data analysis, formatting, and visualization

5. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
