Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the industrial segment (Manufacturing/Service Provider, etc.) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills (Hindi & English), a technical understanding of industrial products, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering willing to work in a sales coordination role are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Promptly respond to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Handle client complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Sales Coordination & Order Management

  • Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.
  • Understand and manage technical queries related to industrial products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide technical support to clients by addressing their concerns and guiding them on product selection.

Process Improvement & Sales Support

  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance sales and operational processes.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service best practices.

Requirements

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in a sales coordination role in the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in Hindi & English (verbal and written).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical queries and industrial products.
Customer Handling: Ability to resolve client issues with empathy and professionalism.
CRM & Documentation: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
Teamwork & Adaptability: Should be proactive, organized, and able to multitask.
