Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and other strategies.
• Sales Outreach: Engage with prospects through emails, calls, and meetings to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business strategies and proposals.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, close deals, and meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with the companys goals.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools and provide regular reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Industry Knowledge:IT and Hardware Support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
