Manage order processing and delivery coordination
Track dispatch, delivery status, and customer acknowledgments
2. Vendor & Logistics Coordination.
Communicate with warehouses, logistics partners, and vendors
Manage delivery timelines, inventory dispatch, and vendor SLAs
3. Sales Support & Inside Sales Tasks.
Assist sales team with lead generation, database updates, and desk research
Draft and send promotional updates or campaign materials to customers
Support pre-sales documentations and basic client follow-ups
