Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Kollam, Karungapally, Kottarakkara, Punalur. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, providing detailed information about Mahindra commercial vehicles, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The consultant will also ensure customer satisfaction, manage sales documentation, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is beneficial
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
