You will be responsible for attending walk-in customers and explaining product features. Additionally, you will be required to engage in field activities, customer visits, and lead generation to support the sales efforts. Meeting monthly sales targets is a key aspect of this target-based role. Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships is also crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of 12th pass, although graduates are preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in the automobile industry, is necessary. Possessing your own bike and a valid driving license is mandatory for this role.
