Job Summary

Sales Consultant

We believe the most effective way to achieve this is by acting as a credible and persuasive advisor. You will use your deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and your exceptional communication skills to build trust, guide clients to the right solutions, and ultimately, drive the sales process to a successful close. If you are a salesperson who is motivated by ambitious KPIs and excels by becoming a trusted expert, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibility is to drive sales. You will achieve this through the following key activities:

  • Close Deals Through Value:

    Your primary KPI. You will guide clients through the decision-making process, skillfully negotiate contracts, and close deals based on the value and trust you have established. You are expected to consistently meet and exceed client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Consultative Engagement:

    Drive the full client engagement cycle, from identifying potential clients and understanding their security pain points to conducting in-depth consultative discussions and mapping their needs to our services.
  • Solution Advisory:

    Act as a subject-matter expert, analyzing client requirements to strategically recommend the most suitable cybersecurity services (e.g., penetration testing, incident response, managed detection, compliance audits) from AKATI Sekurity's portfolio.
  • Strategic Presentations:

    Conduct compelling and persuasive presentations that are tailored to the client's context, demonstrating how our solutions solve their specific security challenges and drive them toward a decision.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives, across multiple client accounts to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline and sales forecast in our CRM system. This is a fundamental part of your sales discipline.
  • Seamless Handovers:

    Serve as the primary client liaison during the project kickoff phase, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive handover to the project delivery team after the deal is closed.

Core Competencies & Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Hunter & Closer:

    You must have a strong, demonstrable track record of exceeding quotas in a B2B sales role, preferably in a tech or cybersecurity environment. You are motivated by targets and have a natural drive to win business.
  • World-Class Communication & Presentation Skills:

    You must be an elite communicator, able to command a room and present complex technical ideas with clarity, confidence, and persuasion.
  • Consultative Sales Approach:

    You view consultation not just as a conversation, but as a powerful tool to build credibility, overcome objections, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Proactive & Independent:

    A self-starter who can manage their time, pipeline, and the full sales process with a high degree of autonomy and a relentless "go-getter" attitude.
  • Flexibility:

    Willingness to accommodate different time zones for global client engagement when required.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Direct experience working within a cybersecurity consulting firm.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
