Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct site visits, property tours, and explain property features and benefits. Manage leads and follow up promptly to convert prospects into successful deals. Stay updated with the latest market trends, pricing, and inventory. Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction closure. Collaborate with property developers, channel partners, and internal marketing teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (real estate, business, or marketing preferred). Freshers are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-driven, with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic tech platforms.
