Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting digital products such as smartphones, laptops, TVs, and accessories.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in tech and offer expert recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, O2 Protection warranty services, and O2 Care after-sales support.
• Maintain organized, appealing store displays and ensure stock availability.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in retail sales, especially in electronics, will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical specifications in a customer-friendly manner.
• A goal-oriented, customer-focused approach.
