Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret architectural drawings and create
proposal drawings
accordingly.
Provide
CAD-based solutions
for car parking systems.
Conduct
site visits
to assess and design optimized MLCP solutions.
Perform consistent
customer follow-ups
to gather feedback and updates.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure proposal accuracy and customer alignment.
Be open and ready to transition into
active sales
as part of career progression.

Role Requirements:Must-Have:

Basic knowledge of CAD software
(AutoCAD or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills both
verbal and written
Strong understanding of technical drawing interpretation
Bachelors degree in Engineering / Architecture / related field preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience in technical pre-sales or CAD-based proposal roles
