Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and explain features, specifications, and financing options.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle inquiries from walk-in customers, calls, and online leads.
Assist customers with documentation, loan/finance process, and vehicle delivery.
Follow up with existing customers for referrals, feedback, and repeat business.
Stay updated with automobile product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with persuasive selling ability.
Good knowledge of automobiles, features, and market competition.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Valid driving license preferred.
