Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Automobile Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right vehicle, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.

Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.

Conduct test drives and follow up with potential customers.

Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the product lineup and promotions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the finance and service teams for smooth delivery and customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or a similar field (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented attitude and professional appearance.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
