Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Coimbatore. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to provide consulting services, ensure customer satisfaction, assist in addressing customer queries, and contribute to customer service. Daily tasks will include meeting sales targets, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on customer needs
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
