• Participate in compensation surveys
• Conduct job evaluations ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with companys compensation policies and procedures.
• Develop recurring and adhoc compensation reports, metrics and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain position description databases.
• Conduct routine audits of the organizational position structure to identify titling, grading, and job code assignments that are out of line with company’s compensation policies/practices.
• Assist with the development of compensation related training to various stakeholders.
• Assist with impact and risk analysis to determine business and sales team overall impact.
• Clarify and interpret compensation practices/guidelines and provide consultation to the sales team and managers, via a ticketing system, verbally and in writing, across a wide variety of compensation issues.
• Assist with the day-to-day regional case management.
• Manage regional escalations in a timely manner.
• Oversee training and skill development within the regional compensation team.
• Create session plans that cater to the needs of the delivery team/client Training Need Identification & Content Creation
• Understand & analyze training needs and recommend/develop suitable solutions
• Conduct learning needs assessment based on trainee performance and behavior
• Design or customize training modules/training materials/presentation, manuals and visual aids based on TNA, Client, Quality team recommendations to ensure continued relevance of the programs
