Job Description

As a Sales Compensation Analyst (SPE) at our company in Bangalore, India, your primary responsibilities will include: - Triage, investigate, and resolve issues submitted through Helpdesk, collaborating with cross-functional teams for accurate reporting. - Perform participant audit in Callidus to ensure data accuracy in Workday. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate system configurations based on Sales Credit rules. - Provide technical support for internal workflow applications, sales tools, and handle ad-hoc analytics requests. - Troubleshoot, escalate, and respond to support requests promptly. Qualifications required for this role: - A BA/BS or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related data field. - Up to 2 years of experience in Sales compensation administration, with hands-on experience in comp tools like Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce. - Familiarity with CRM tools, case management, and Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets. - Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills, able to influence at the sales executive level. - Proficiency in analytical and modeling skills, working with large datasets. - Ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multitask efficiently. - Resourceful in ambiguous situations, capable of working independently. - Experience in creating SQL scripts for quantitative data extraction.
