As a Long-Term Capacity Planning Analyst at our client, a leading global FMCG organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain long-term capacity plans spanning from 6 months to over 3 years. These plans will be based on business forecasts, growth projections, and historical trends. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments such as operations, HR, finance, and IT to gather inputs and align planning assumptions.
