Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections of outstanding dues from customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, fieldwork capability, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Duties:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

Collection Duties:

• Follow up with clients for payment collection as per the agreed terms.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding accounts.
• Resolve billing issues and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Visit customers (field visits) for payment recovery when required.
• Prepare collection reports and share updates with the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or collections preferred (Fresher with strong field interest may also apply).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork.
• Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
