Sales - Cold Chain

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities across cold storage, pharma, food processing, and logistics sectors. - Promote and sell cold chain solutions including temperature-controlled storage, transport, and refrigeration equipment. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. - Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline status regularly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - 2-3 years of B2B sales experience; cold chain/logistics industry experience is a strong plus. - Good understanding of cold storage, refrigeration, or temperature-controlled transport systems. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. - Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.,
