Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator (Female) to join our team in Chennai, Egmore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, coordinating with clients, managing CRM activities, and ensuring smooth telemarketing and sales operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a strong background in sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
• Prepare sales reports, track targets, and monitor team performance.
• Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Support the team in organizing sales campaigns, events, and client meetings.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, telemarketing, or sales coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving and client-handling skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
