Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities * Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), Positive attitude. * Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating daily activities * Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information * Coordinate sales meetings and assist with meeting preparations * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work * Keep Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to the concerned Head * Building and maintaining long-term client relations * Addressing any queries and complaints through phone * Recording sales calls and meeting details for future reference * Taking up any urgent requests or queries on time * Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities * Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in team meetings Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
