Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support daily sales activities between the sales team and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers using Advanced Excel.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and dashboards using PowerPoint.
  • Handle order processing, quotation preparation, and follow-up with customers.
  • Maintain and update client databases, records, and documentation.
  • Communicate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, operations) for order status and dispatch.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support in preparing materials for review meetings and management reports.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Formulas, etc.)
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Knowledge of back-office operations and data handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
