Sales Co-Ordinator

As a Sales and Client Servicing Executive, your role involves interacting with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This includes resolving any quality concerns by collaborating with the procurement team and analyzing sales records to enhance sales levels. Utilize available sales statistics and reports to proactively engage customers and increase their order volume and value. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate Management Information System (MIS) records related to sales, client interactions, and order processing. Additionally, updating order tracking logs in shared Google Sheets for internal visibility and client reporting is crucial. Your key responsibilities will include: - Resolving quality concerns by collaborating with the procurement team - Analyzing sales records to enhance sales levels - Proactively engaging customers to retain/increase their order volume and value - Maintaining accurate MIS records and updating order tracking logs - Preparing timely reports on sales performance, lead status, and customer feedback - Managing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring compliance with agreed Incoterms and documentation flow - Attending to new leads and inquiries received through various channels Interacting with other teams will involve coordinating with the procurement team for product delivery, the stores team for packing, the logistics team for invoicing and shipment planning, and the finance team for ledger maintenance. The minimum qualifications required for this role are a B.Com or BE (Mechanical) degree. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales/client servicing role, preferably in an export-import or international trading environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with working knowledge of Google Sheets for filtering, formulas, charts, and sharing. The ability to multitask, coordinate across departments, possess analytical skills, and maintain a customer-oriented approach are also important.
