Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to support our sales and operations team in a fast-paced logistics company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling customer communications and sales follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and follow up on leads and quotations
• Coordinate between customers and internal departments (operations, dispatch, accounts)
• Prepare and update sales reports and maintain client databases
• Schedule pickups/deliveries in coordination with the logistics team
• Assist in documentation and tracking of shipments
• Ensure timely communication with clients on order status and updates
• Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
