Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring efficient operations within the sales department. This role bridges communication between clients, the sales team, and other departments to help achieve company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, client visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases (CRM), and reports.
  • Track sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on pending payments.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
  • Communicate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
