Job Description

Location: Pune A leading player in the Swiss CNC Turning/Turn-Mill machine tool industry is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinators to support our growing sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist sales team with appointment scheduling and updated sales material. Handle customer queries, orders, and follow-ups via phone, email, and ERP. Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and coordination with principals. Support accounts team with payment follow-ups and credit control. Maintain sales records, generate MIS reports, and support budgeting goals. Execute tele-marketing campaigns and customer outreach. Ensure compliance with company policies and manage import/export documentation. Requirements: Junior Role: Min. 2 years’ experience in industrial product sales support. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
